[7.851][BUG][DUPLICATE] HTTP proxy refuses connection

Hi,
I had some posts in this thread so did bastion.

Please fix urgently, too many refused connections makes it very hard to test with real live data. Had to bypass proxy totally for a laptop to download data.

Maybe you disable HTTPS scanning until we relase the next beta (~end of next week).

I will disable https scanning after all users are off the network.
