No, you are not getting alerts.
You can only read the values.
If you want alerts you have to use snmp traps.

No i think u mis-understood it or i put wrong way
i will get astaro's dtls on my remote snmp /network monitor server
i talking alert from IPS when i use public community as suppose to get IPS alerts /message/warning as it was giveing in last beta version that time i was able to montor astaro's cpu ,network,ram and other things
