[7.851][BUG][FIXED] remote syslog server stop after reboot

Hi friends !

i have started remote syslog server and keep it on and later restart the system then i notice remote systelog server got disbale i try/repeat the same 3/5 times
pls check log when i restart the system

There seem to be several problems in the middleware.log
