[7.850][BUG][OPEN] HTTP proxy and audio streaming

Update.
The streaming bypass proxy setting seems to have an effect on itunes.

The user is not home to continue testing.

But not on stagevu.com.

Are you advising 7.861 has been released or do I have to wait for tomorrow?

There is a possibility that I might have been able to stop streaming traffic for the time managed profile user.
This morning's http log should lots of blocked access attempts to streaming media outside of the allowed time slots.

1/. I have a dummy device (a networked printer) in the allowed networks to enable the http/s proxy
2/. I have disabled bypass proxy for streaming content. Here is where this approach might fail because it sometimes stops itunes from working with the itunes store.
3/. the fallback is the default.

I know the configuration is far from correct according to the flow diagram, but for the moment it appears to work.

Proxy died while working on this post.

wrong again, everything but streaming was blocked.
