[7.850][BUG][OPEN] Quarantine report at wrong time

Hi all,

I've set the times for sending a quarantine report to 7 am and 7 pm.

About half an our ago I received a quarantine report sent at 8 pm. I double checked the ASG system time and time zone settings and they are correct.

It was a POP3 report

This morning it was the same. Report came at 8 am...

SMTP reports seem to be not working at all, I'll recheck this and make a second thread for them.
