[7.850][QUESTION][OPEN] What time are the reports run

Hi,
I was investigating logs and graphs for another thread when I noticed that the security graphs had been reset, the time was about 10 minutes to midnight. The reports were generated and sent before midnight, yesterdays arrived at 2 minutes to midnight.

Question, what time are the reports run?

Question what values trigger the graphs to be created/displayed on the webadmin tabs? Some mornings I don't have any data showing yet there has been activity from a couple of users overnight. This is not new, same in v7.5xx

The inline reports are generated every 15 minutes.
On my installation /etc/crontab has the following entry:
2,17,32,47 * * * * root nice -n19 /usr/local/bin/gen_inline_reporting_data.plx

I'm not sure, if at 23:47 the reports should be resetted.
I would say 0:02 would be the right time.
