Dear Astaro staff !

if u feel that i am wasting  or/and do u think i am wasting u r time PLEASE PLEASE let me know NOW ONLY ! BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THE STORY AGAIN

utm_kid, you are really wasting our time. Your English is so bad that everybody keeps misunderstanding what you are trying to say, so people are searching in the wrong directions all the time. The present non-issue was reassigned over and over again to one support engineer and to three different developers simply because nobody got your point. People keep spending their time guessing what you might be driving at, suffering from your usually very wrong grammar, punctuation and vobabulary.

This is so annoying. Please spend *much* more time making sure that you use correct vocabulary, correct grammar and correct punctuation and that your descriptions are actually intelligible. Do get a friend speaking better English to check your drafts before posting. Thank you."

    you totally missed the point of the posting. Your first sentence was not very ineligible and is what the poster was getting at.

    I asked you in the last beta testing forum to write in a more descriptive language. This is not a mobile phone or sms forum.  you can use a full editor and take some time to formulate your bugs or information requests.

    Yes, please don't expect people to investigate more time into reading your stuff than it took you to write it. Just write complete words and sentences and always additionally explain posted screenshots.

    I think that's just about everything we complain. Thanks for your support [H], you really help us a lot, but it's not always easy for us as it could be.

    There is one more thing: Please don' t be mad at us if we don' t answer all your questions. There were some questions you could have found out the answer by yourself just by informing you by reading the online help or doing a little googling. We are glad to answer questions that only Astaro staff can answer.

    Just don't let this become personal again, okay?

    The criteria for the invitation was the contribution in the last beta programs.

    So you can see it like this: The community around www.astaro.org is one of our greatest assets. And you guys are the essence of this community.

    We value your feedback. Point.

    You can make your feedback even more valuable, when you try to keep it to the point.
    For most people, reading (and understanding) something like "wasting u r time" takes much longer than "wasting your time".
    For me, it's ok to read a posting two or three times to understand it.
    But some people are much easier to frustrate. ;-)
    And if we at Astaro don't understand a report, it's also frustrating for the report.

    To summarize: We value every report.
    It's up to you, to decide how easy you want to make us of spotting the issues.

    Keep the reports coming!
