[7.850][BUG][OPEN] ntp server configuration

Hello Friends !

i am TRYING to setup a NTP server (never done this before ,if makeing some mistake please please correct me )

Invalid argument

i have chage ntp server time.nist.gov as windows xp can understand that and added that server in ntp server and was able to resolve in astaro ntp server (192.43.244.18)
