[7.850][BUG][NOTABUG] ubuntu connection

Hello Friends !

i am not able to understand the connection between astaro and ubuntu server i try to download update package from ubuntu  ,at same time i was not able to browse  so i shutdown the ubuntu server then i switch to laptop (windows) after 1o mints i can see that still it is connect to remote ubuntu server and download some data/trying to update 

as it is downloading and storeing some content on ubuntu server ,where i should look for this kind of content

    ok !i try to update ubuntu package but it fail due to not configure with astaro (download site prxoy --mirror) 

    then internet connection was very busy with mirror /comsusing allmost all of bandwidth so i dis-connected the ubuntu server and switch to laptop (it was already on ) still i was not able to get internet so i check network usage of eth (iftop )found still it was trying to download the packages from ubuntu mirrors even after ubuntu server was down for 5 mints 

    similer problem i found with avast mirror on windows 2k3 server
