[7.500][BUG][OPEN] News Feed breaks Dashboard

When all WAN connections are down, the Dashboard throws the following error:

Can't use an undefined value as a symbol reference at /PerlApp/core/modules/core_feed.pm line 45.

The Dashboard is then unusable, and news cannot be disabled from the preferences pane.

This is the fourth thread opened on this issue. Astaro says it's fixed in 7.501.
