[7.500][BUG][NOTABUG] services

Hi All

I've tried to create a new service definiton with name "MSN_VIDEO&AUDIO". However, the service definition is now names MSN_VIDEO. It seems as doesn't accept the characters after "&" symbol (pics attached)
