[7.500][BUG][NOTABUG] NTP SERVERS -> No testable servers configured

The test button [Test Configured Servers] on the System Settings -> Time and Date -> NTP Servers tab don't work on clean upgrade from 7.480 -> 7.490 -> 7.500. Default 'NTP Server Pool' is resolved by DNS

Gets this error: No testable servers configured
