After upgrading to 7.490 there is no way to add settings in the ADVANCED tab proxy.

In every action in > the repsonse is :
One of the values you entered is syntactically or logically incorrect

The same with >

Unable to duplicate this behavior on either 7.490 or 7.500 systems for adding or changes to the skiplist or misc settings. Successfully able to add new definitions for network to skiplist, checkboxes and services for misc settings.

Can you try upgrading to full 7.500 and check if issue remains?
