[7.500][QUESTION][ANSWERED] Language switch requires browser cache clearing

I switched to German to test for a bug I reported late in the 7.490 version. On my laptop, which runs Vista and IE7, the entire change to German happened correctly. On my desktop (XP3 + IE7), I got the mixture of English and German as you see in the attached.
