[7.500][BUG][NOTABUG] Up2Date Progress window is blank

When you finally get the Up2Date window to appear and you press it, all you get is the 'blank page'.

I cleared the local cache on my PC prior to running the 7.490-7.500 Up2Date, and did not experience any problem. Although this isn't a bug, maybe the developer could force a page reload instead of allowing a corrupted local cache object to confuse the normal sysadmin.
