[7.490][QUESTION][ANSWERED] IP address not dropping off after they are gone.

I just checked my active IP Addresses tab and found that old IP's are still listed as being used.  In my test setup I have only two PC's on the network.  One is set for .151, and the other I change each time I reboot it, because I never remember what I made it before. (I have Deepfreeze on this box - and it is set for DHCP off my other network so I manually set it to my Astaro network.)  Well, my active IP's shows there are six IP's in use, but that is not correct.  There is only two IP's. The odd thing is that the one PC I set each time is not even showing up in the list. (.121)

How long does it take before the inactive IP's fall off/show up?  I would think it would be as soon as the PC is off/on or at least when the lease dies/starts.  Since I am not using DHCP currently, the lease is not the issue. 

I want to make sure that if some friends come over and plug in, that their IP will not count against me forever/a long time.

Any ideas?
