7.490 Bug or Issue Some sites don't load properly

I have a site that my kids are using that ever since went back to 7.490 will not load properly. I have even tried to disable and clear the cache. The site is

Does anyone else see this load without the graphics?

It looks like a mobile phone version.

Nevermind I figured that one out. It was a redirect that was actually being blocked
