[7.490][BUG][NOTABUG] webadmin prompting for new password and wont let me in!!!

Help Me please!!!!

at the weekend, the VPN and webadmin were unresponsive, so i entered work through another VPN, and used ssh to restart the ASG220...

now webadmin prompts takes me to a  "admin password setup" page asking me to set the super-user admin password - then times out and sits there doing nothing... - any suggestions?

I tried factory reset, loaded latest backup file, but it went back to this state again

    Hi,

    Being its in a production environment i cant do too much fiddling with it..

    I resolved it by doing a factory reset, then applying the previous weeks automatic backup.. (which meant i lost a couple of changes and user accounts, but no big deal)..

    doing a factory reset then using the current backup file put it into this bad state that it had original got into - so I can only presume something in the config became corrupt, and that something was also emailed to me by the automatic backup process...

    also, i see my backup config file jumped from 857KB to 2MB when this occured...

    now everything is running smoothly, by backup***x.abf is back to 860KB again...
