you can reset the passwords via shell with the following command:

cc  [enter]
reporting  [enter]
password1$  [enter]
=TYPE_NEW_PASSW

same procedure for password 2

reaching the point that I input the password1$ command ,I am getting a response of my password encrypted. I then enter the password but I am keep getting an error

127.0.0.1 MAIN reporting/password1 (BLOB) > 
"Syntax error, or no such command, node, array, hash or scalar."

According to "help" arguments such as -KEY should be used. Could you please double check the syntax?
