[7.490][BUG][NOTABUG] unable to send log to syslog server

Hi Friends !

i have syslog server (from some other network monitor and mgmt software )i was able to get syslog message from astaro today (after long days )i check it is giveing this error and i am not able to get syslog message on my windows/network monitor server

some time back i keep only two server  logging>>setting >>local logging and remote syslog server ,i added ftp but later remove because of other issues

i did restart also both machine 
edit :it gives error :::[:$]ne of the values you entered is syntactically or logically incorrect ,same setting was working fine  please check tmp/confd-debug.log
