[7.490][QUESTION][ANSWERED] Update stable version to release candidate?

Can we do an update from 7.405 to 7.49 now? I would like to test this. I searched the forums and didn't find anything on it

Never mind. Looks like no way to do it at this time. Would have been nice to test though.

Yes, you can now update the stable line to the latest RC version.

To add to what Gert posted, specifically you can go from 7.405 to 7.480 then do a small up2date to 7.490.

The package you need is:
ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ASG/v7/beta/u2d-sys-7.405-480.tgz.gpg

Just apply it manually via webadmin. We fully plan to let everyone Up2Date from the "beta" line to the final GA version without a re-install, as an FYI.
