[7.490][BUG][CONFIRMED] Manual up2date stalling

The old problem that some people had with 7.3 update is back. When I try to manually upload the new up2date, it reaches to 99% and then the screen gets a little distorted at which point the system just sits there. 
p3 1GHZ dual proc with 1GB ram. Vista sp2 IE8.

    I can confirm this Up2date needs extreme amounts of RAM. My Astaro VM also has only 1 GB of RAM, so it is not really an advantage for it to run on a 8 GB machine [;)]

    When I uploaded the package the VM started swapping heavily. Afterwards the dashboard showed ~80% ram and over 90% of swap usage. Perhaps it didn't run into some timeout only because of the powerful disk system.
