[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] Must close browser window to login again

Yesterday, someone (Monarch?) commented about a memory leak when the dashboard is kept up, so I left my desktop running overnight logged in to both our 7.404 production (software) and my 7.480 ASG220.  This morning, I found that both windows looked like the attachment.

In both cases, I tried to refresh with [F5] and Ctrl+[F5] to no avail.  I edited the URL so that I could resubmit it in the same window -> nix!  The only way I could get the complete login screen to appear was to open a new window.

IE 7.0.5730.13 on Windows XP SP3

    Seems like a windows bug more than astaro. Did you check the memory usage of IExplorer by any chance? Also did you  get a top reading to see astaro memory usage since I was not able to replicate bastian's (monarch) memory leak problem.
    Edit: Also forgot to add, tabbed browsing takes a lot of ram and going to facebook while testing is against the TOS of being an astaro moderator.[:D]

    OK, HOW did Billybob know I was facebooking someone at the same time?

    I forgot to do top, but I'll try again.  I didn't check the memory usage of IE, but I already had removed the third-party add-ins that were causing it to eat memory, so I don't think that was it.

    I noticed also that I was unable to reach one of our network printers from IE at that time even though I could from other, active appplications.  IE self-destructed an hour later; I could then use the printer.
