[7.480][BUG][ACK] Wrong system restart count in executive report

Hi,

today I installed the 7.480 beta up2date. Thus the system needed to reboot exactly one time.

But now in the daily report which it has just auto-generated it says the system was restarted two times?!

    I can confirm that. I've noticed two restart on the report when updating to 7.490

     last | grep reboot
    reboot   system boot  2.6.16.62-122-sm Thu Sep  3 21:35          (11:30)
    reboot   system boot  2.6.16.62-119-sm Mon Aug 31 00:08         (3+21:25)
    reboot   system boot  2.6.16.62-116-sm Sun Aug 23 18:42         (2+00:26)
