[7.480][BUG][ACK] Wrong system restart count in executive report

Hi,

today I installed the 7.480 beta up2date. Thus the system needed to reboot exactly one time.

But now in the daily report which it has just auto-generated it says the system was restarted two times?!

Cool! I guess that means "they" decided there might indeed be an unexplained failure to reload the entire configuration, as some of us have been saying.
