Try changing the range of the DHCP so that it doesn't overlap with your 'Internal (Address)'.

i did fresh 7.480 install even after there is some issuse with dhcp server pls check logs 

i am using clients ip with static bind and all are using dnap ( windows server w2k3 and desktop)

please let me know which other log i should send

I am confused as to what the problem is. You are saying that you assign static IP addresses in dhcp and once that address is assigned you can't browse with that IP? Please be more specific to what the issue is.

this time i am able to browse but there is error in dhcp server

sending u pm 
edit/update::i am using pptp only ,forcefully on laptop ,when this problem will occur again that time i will use other desktop to test whether not browsing problem come with regular lan also  (on other desktop i am able to browse internet without pptp )
