[7.480][BUG][NOTABUG] windows 2008 server

Hi Friends !
i am using windows server 2008 with service pack 1 and trying to download service pack 2 while download it some time start and fail after that i notice i am not able to browse any site need to restart server to browse tested two time other wise browing on server works fine servivce pack is around 375 mb
