[7.480][BUG][FIXED] Error in the layout if language is set to german WebSecurity->HTTP/S

Hello, an error in the layout there, if I put the language in German.
WebSecurity->HTTP/S

The error appears when
Vista with IE8
XP with IE7
In XP with Firefox 3.0.10 is all ok.
