[7.480][BUG][FIXED] user portal unacessable

Hi Friends !

User portal was working fine but dont know after makeing what changes it become a un-assessable ,which logs will help to understand problem /diagnose

 https://192.168.2.100 (try,remove S in https and add /portal also with http and https)

    I'm using standard 443 and having no problems.

    Yes Sir,

    It was working fine for me also  but after making some change (Sorry cant finger out which setting may bring it down eg,clear cache,proxy on/off ,firewall setting chage ,sorry their are many  )
