[7.470][FEATURE][OPEN] Backup

Hi All

I've tried restoring a backup of version 7.470 to version 7.460. It didn't work (as expected) but the message I got didn't make sense. Could you please change the message to something more meaningful?

I am guessing it can be characterised as feature. However, I think the best categorization would be cosmetic bug since it's not something new. It is an existing function that should be restored as soon as possible and not feature enhancement.
