I don't know about British, but in American, it's "address" - no "e" in the singular; so, this would be "address(es)" instead of "addresse(s)."

I think "Username" has been brought into the language when refering to computer users.

I thought "User Name" would be the right term but you are definitely right. We do  use "username"
