[7.470][INFO][ANSWERED] Transport endpoint is not connected - browsing to web site

Browsing to www.homewiththekids.com I receive an ASG generated page that gives the error message:

Content Blocked

Error Message: Transport endpoint is not connected

Does anyone know what this means?

I get the same error on our production systems running 7.404 (not beta)... the site also inaccessible when the proxy is bypassed. I see no blocking happening in the IPS, Packet Filter, or IM/P2P logs... my guess is that the web server in question is having problems.
