When you add Active Directory server in user authentication, it automatically gets added to the prefetch directory users under user-->authentication-->advanced tab (Screenshot1). If you delete that server and go back to the advanced tab, webadmin gives you perl error.

There is no way of getting rid of the error unless you add another authentication server.
