[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] Reports not working, on reboot I get a system error.

Last night I went to look at some of the reports and found I could not get anything to come up. (This  build is on a new hard drive since my last one died.) I shut down the box for the night and when I rebooted this morning, I received the folloing error:

Not sure if this is the same as normal, as I usually power up and walk away...
Init run level = 3
Console support - skipped
Backup Restore - skipped
Skipped services = sysmond
5 beeps

Error:
/etc/init.d/rc3.d/s90beeps: line 161 /usr/local/bin/alogger.plx no such file or directory 

On this build, I am running the straight wizard config, so I have no backup.
Any ideas on how to fix this?  
What is alogger.plx? Is this a log backup file it is looking for?
