[7.470][QUESTION][ANSWERED] about NIC and QOS configuration

Hi,
while looking for info about the ntp function in the logs I found this entry.

This is an extract from the kernel messages log.

2009:07:25-10:06:05 (none) kernel: e1000: eth1: e1000_set_tso: TSO is Disabled

Does this mean that QOS on the internal network in my case is not active/enabled?

Or only QOS using TOS bits are not effective?
