The upload file dialog (available from many screen) seem to open at random places.

I.E: The Licences Installation from the Installation Wizard:

This is not a major issue.. but would be an improvement.

Hi I tried to reproduce it with 7.5 and Firefox 3.0 / 3.5. In both cases the problem was not reproducable. Could you please try it with the current version again?
