[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] Running out of IP licenses

I've run out of IP licenses. If I restore from a previous backup will this reset the number of IPs in use to whatever it was at the time of backup?

Can I load in one of the beta licenses and use that until Aug 10, does the beta license allow more then 10 IPs?
