I have the problem that the vdsl interface is not coming up again after daily reconnect. Only a reboot of the ASG solve the problem. If I do ifconfig I have HWaddr 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00 for the tun0 interface.
The logs look good, the ASG was trying to establish the connection exactly as it should, but apparently the provider's access concentrator did not answer. After a few days, the problem simply went away, and now it is not reproducible.
Thus, maybe the problem was on the provider's side?
Please come back for investigation in case it happens again...
