[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] Can not login to User Portal

I have tried to login into the User Portal several times. The settings were "Allow all users" and "Allow only specific users" (with the same group wich can access the WebAdmin). But I can not login --> bad username or password ...
Only "admin" can login if set to "Allow all users" but he can´t access all portal items.

Hi tom,

are you using a AD group or is it a static group?

Please check the following:

Is you Active Directory configured correctly (use the 'Test'-Button)
Does the user authentication test work with a user that cannot login to the portal.
When performing the test for a user, does it show the group that is entered in the 'allowed_users' box
Do you have automatic user creation turned on (a user object is required for portal)

Please check the following:

The AD connection is correct configured, because I can login to the WebAdmin with a memeber of this group.
Automatic user creation is turned off.
With enabled automatic user creation I can access but only see the item "HTTPS proxy".

I cannot reproduce this, tom. I notice that there are some strange things that happen with my Astaros if they aren't rebooted after restoring from a backup. - Have you rebooted?

It is installed in a VMware on a VMware Server 2.0.0 and we have rebooted this more than twice.
