[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] import extenstion

Hi Friends !

Https>>antivirus/malware file extension allow multiple duplicate entry with importing extension but adding with plus sign (what is right word for it ?) it says List entry already exists

please check imported extension ,if u delete any one extension all imported name/items (imported)get deleted

    Hi !

    while looking at who is online , i just check the same thread ,and tryed to explore it more and found more dtls about it while doing same procdure   it  File extensions successfully saved. but when i i just goto url filtering and come back it doesn't not show a duplicate list ,still it should be bug for other reason

    please check with other where we have import button /import feature

    This is not a bug.
    Duplicates are filtered out by the Confd when clicking "Apply", as they should.  Having a few duplicates in the list in the WebAdmin constitutes no problem whatsoever.

    utm_kid, you are really wasting our time.  Your English is so bad that everybody keeps misunderstanding what you are trying to say, so people are searching in the wrong directions all the time.  The present non-issue was reassigned over and over again to one support engineer and to three different developers simply because nobody got your point. People keep spending their time guessing what you might be driving at, suffering from your usually very wrong grammar, punctuation and vobabulary.

    This is so annoying.  Please spend *much* more time making sure that you use correct vocabulary, correct grammar and correct punctuation and that your descriptions are actually intelligible.  Do get a friend speaking better English to check your drafts before posting.  Thank you.

    I think you were quite hard with utm_kid, I think he is doing all his best... and probably like me his english is not state of the art... I agree some times there is missing informations... or bad language/vocabulary (same for me)... but he (/we) spent already lot of time on the Astaro  Beta contest... and after a certain time we try to find everything and nothing to get points... this leads in precipitations as soon as we find something suspect... and missing informations... bad vocabular and so...

    So for my part I really appologize if missing informations (like on ddclient warning I got) leads for you in loosing time... but don't forget we already found bunch of true confirmed deffects utm_kid, me and others, bugs that you will have not found so quickly to make Astaro a killer app... this is the goal of the UBB...

    so thx for your efforts... keep up the good work... we all loves astaro products and its team behind... (at least me [:)] )

    Well, you can't always avoid such problems: sometimes, you probably just don't know which information might be relevant, and often, you can only guess which warnings are legitimate and which indicate problems, and there are edge cases, no doubt.  I have no problems with the unavoidable occasional invalid bug report, and often try to supply hints what information is useful...

    Also, there is no problem if you write simple English with occasional errors - as long as it becomes clear what you mean.  This in not a contest in literary skills, after all. [;)]

    Sure, and i do appreciate that - indeed both you, the users, and we, the developers, profit from that.  Thanks again.
