Seems time is not the first thing which is synced between nodes !!! this may cause problems in the datas to sync ?
To reproduce this if you have an HA setup do a shutdown of one of the 2 nodes... then change the time of the remanining node... then boot the dead node... go on both consoles as soon as you can log... (seems HA syncing is already running) but using the date command you will see that both boxes have not the same date !
don't really know how things are working internally but this may cause problems ? maybe more in active/active cluster mode ? also this can occure (date not in sync) with asg virtualized...

edit1: at least if you use some virtualization with date not synced you can have like me last status change for HA with date in future... which is not really usefull ! [:(]
