[7.470][BUG][ANSWERED] system running but unresponsive.

This has happen Twice. I am not sure what logs to upload here for you to view.

But since upgrading to 7.470 my system doesnt respond to requests , port 4444 requests but at the console it appears that i can at least login. I didnt try to SSH. rebooting solves the problem but it still happens.

I am running on a Jetway JC104B-J7F4K1G2E-LF VIA NanoBGA2 VIA CN700.

I have a DHCP cable connection.

It happen again just a few hours ago. Is there a specific log i need to post ?

i had complete unresponsive systems over the weekend starting on friday around 14:00 bst. no ping, webadmin and ssh possible while from out side portforwarding to the dmz was still working. the logs doesn't show anything as they are totally blank till i power off / on the box. i'm also on jetway hardware...

When the system is unresponsive again please run before rebooting following commands.

$ ifconfig > /tmp/hw.log
$ lspci -vv >> /tmp/hw.log
$ lshw >> /tmp/hw.log
$ tar czf /home/login/logs.tgz /tmp/*.log /var/log/*.log

The information is stored in '/home/login/logs.tgz' please attach this file. Thank you.

I had the same issue last night with the 7.470 beta - has never happened to me before on any previous beta or release build. ASG was powered on but no ping, WebAdmin or Internet routing at all, and a hard reboot brought everything back to life. I didn't have a console hooked up to it at the time but will do so if this happens again.

Happen again this morning. that makes 3 times. Stupid me didnt copy these instructions before, so when it happen i started to jump online when i realized oh yeah i have no internet. So i restarted, but next time it happens i have the commands to run.

but before it happens, can the general admin account login to terminal what do i need to to ahead of time so i can loging and run these commands ? ( i have never logged into terminal, linux noob).
