[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] Edit/Delete modified IPS rule

When editing a rule in the "Manual rule modification" section, it does not show the configured state. The checkboxes are always unchecked even if "Disable this rule" or "Disable notifications" was checked on creation.

When deleting a modified rule, this message apears:

The ips->rule_modifier object 'REF_cTBsQcehFl' is still used by the ips->rule_modifiers configuration.

Proceed with object deletion anyway?

I think this message should not appear because i want to delete the modified rule (which is of course activated at the moment i want to delete it)
