[7.470][BUG][FIXED] Clone on QOS interface tabs

Hi,

when i worke on my QOS problem i noticed a clone button on the first tabs that manage QOS. when we hit this button we get a perl error ( see .jpg).

this button shall be not here since we cann't duplicate interface !?
