This has been present in previous production releases also but doesn't look good. When you make changes to mail settings, exim gets restarted and there is an error that says exim listener process died. Not something you like to see in your every day logs.

Here is the screenshot from the smtp and selfmon logs. This is easy to replicate. Just go in webadmin and stop or start smtp proxy.
