[7.470][BUG][FIXED] Cannot Select 1000Mbps on Linksys Card

Hello,

This may be a simple question to be answered or maybe i've stumbled across a bug, you tell me.

I have two NICs in my Astaro box:

1. nVidia MCP61 10/100 (On Board)
2. Linksys EG1032 Gigabit Adapter 10/100/1000

The Astaro has also correctly identified the NICs in the hardware tab.

Under the NETWORK-HARDWARE tab it shows the Linksys advertising the following supported link modes:

10baseT/Full,10baseT/Half,100baseT/Full,100baseT/Half,1000baseT/Full

However it is only negotiating up to 100Mbps.  If I manually attempt to select the speed negotiation, I can only Select 10 or 100 (not 1000).

Is this because the card is NOT on the HCL and it is using some sort of generic driver or have I stumbled across a bug?

    This issue may have been fixed in the most recent beta version.  

    This morning I was taking your advice to change the Link Speed on the switch side.  When I plugged the Linksys gigbit card into my gigabit switch it negotiated at 1000Mbps FULL.  

    I also noticed that there are a couple new options under the network interface options which include "Displayed Max [Link Speed]".

    I still cannot manually select 1000Mbps under the network hardware options but the card itself is connected at 1000Mbps.

    I'll keep you informed if anything changes.
