[7.470][BUG][FIXED] Can't clone user created in 7.470

I can clone users fine that I imported from previous version but when I create a new user in 7.470 and try to clone it, it looks like it was cloned but the user is not listed in user's directory.
Also admin can't be cloned.
Tried with IE8 and firefox.

    The "Clone" button for user objects made very little sense in the first place: Afer clicking it, you usually had to edit all input boxes anyway, so using the "New user" button is just easier.

    Consequently, i has been decided to remove the "Clone" button from user objects in 7.480, and the present issue does not need to be investigated any further.
