Two errors maybe same reason.
1. The IM/P2P source tabs stay empty in webadmin.
2. In executive report the clients list is empty

could you please take a look into system.log if you generate a executive report over the webadmin? Maybe the postgres database is broken at the backend? I cannot confirm it with a fresh installed system
