[7.470][BUG][FIXED] Clicking on Start with empty custom for traceroute

Hi

In Tools > Traceroute you added the hostname select box... which was what I asked to be consistent with the ping which is good... BUT if you select the custom hostname/IP without setting any input text it launches the traceroute instead of complaining like in the ping check [:)]
