[7.460][BUG][FIXED] Up2date doesn't display progress

The Up2Date screen does not show the update progress button, even when I manually refresh the screen.
The update process cannot be monitored.

    I think this is a bug that goes back to 7.300.  The button only appears if you leave the page and return to it before the Up2Date has completed.  I'll try to check that out for you when I Up2Date to 7.470.

    I think this is a bug that goes back to 7.300.  The button only appears if you leave the page and return to it before the Up2Date has completed.  I'll try to check that out for you when I Up2Date to 7.470.
